Twisted Thoughts hit the scene in 2005 and closed its doors in December 2006. They were delivering their brand of horror rap all over Western Pennsylvania, and across the borders to Ohio, and West Virginia. They're stage show had been called one of the wildest, if not most physical, of all the groups in the Pittsburgh Underground.
